Job summary

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in rehabilitation services with hospital-based healthcare management/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for rehabilitation services at VCUMC, including multiple therapy disciplines.
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance, staffing models, utilization, and service coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and lead quality improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on budgeting, resources, and program development.
• Represent rehab services on hospital committees and liaise with stakeholders across departments.
