Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NC licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in a rehabilitation therapy discipline, healthcare administration, management, or related field.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation therapy discipline and an advanced degree in therapy, healthcare administration, business administration, management, or a related field will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead rehab services across Inpatient Rehab, Acute Rehab, Outpatient Rehab, and Cardiopulmonary Rehab.
• Provide fiscal and human resource management for the departments.
• Develop and market rehabilitation services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with therapy staff to create integrated, high-performing teams across the system.
