Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead complex product development initiatives in a regulated environment. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across departments including marketing, quality, regulatory, design assurance, and manufacturing.

The role emphasizes mentoring, meeting milestones on time and within budget, and implementing process improvements within the PMO framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience, at least 4 in a regulated product environment like medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and aerospace
• At least 3 years in a project management role leading multiple projects and teams

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and enforces safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including FDA and QMS standards
• Manage end-to-end project execution, budgeting, forecasting, and adherence to customer agreements
• Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, quality, regulatory, design assurance, and manufacturing
• Develop and monitor master project plans, schedules, quotes, budgets, and milestones
• Provide mentorship and training to associates and manage up to 2-3 direct reports
• Identify process improvements and share best practices across PMO
