Job summary

Integer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end engineering projects in Minnesota, guiding initiatives from inception through implementation and handoff. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and regulatory requirements, and report progress to management.

Responsibilities include setting up projects in Oracle ERP, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with NRE or prototype sales terms, while mentoring associates and possibly guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• PM/Program Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Set up and regularly update projects in the Oracle ERP system.
• Forecast accurately and align with customer agreements and milestones.
• Monitor cost management and revenue recognition for NRE or samples.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive product development.
• Develop master plans, quotes, budgets, specifications, and schedules with regular status updates.
• Escalate issues, drive resolution, and communicate with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Mentor associates within cross-functional teams; may manage 2–3 direct reports.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% as required.
