Job summary

University of North Texas is seeking a strategic leader to oversee Curriculum, Scheduling, and Transfer within the Office of the Registrar. You will plan, organize, and ensure continuity and improvement of processes, systems, and student services to support enrollment and retention.

This role manages multiple teams, collaborates across campus, advises students and staff on regulations, resolves escalations, and drives compliance with federal and state rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of progressively responsible experience in academic administration or a related field, or equivalent.
• Masters degree and 6+ years in higher education administration preferred, especially in Registrar or Enrollment Management.
• Strong knowledge of federal educational laws and policies pertaining to education records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Curriculum, Scheduling, and Transfer operations and ensure continuity and improvement of processes and services.
• Lead staff development, implement new initiatives, and maintain compliant policies and procedures.
• Advise students, parents, faculty and staff on regulations and escalate complex issues with proactive solutions.
• Collaborate across campus to optimize enrollment and retention through accurate data management.
