Job summary

Bally's Intralot is seeking a Regional Vice President to own multiple customer accounts and strategic initiatives across the U.S. and international markets.

The role leads pre-sales, bidding, and post-sales activities, reporting to the executive team and coordinating with senior management across commercial, operations and delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development, account leadership, and board-level interaction, with proven P&L ownership and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree (or higher education equivalent) with industry qualifications or 10+ years across states.
• APMP practitioner or similar professional level demonstrated.
• Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar accounts and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple customer accounts with P&Ls and strategic plans.
• Lead renewals, proposals, and new business within existing and new accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, operations and delivery.
• Represent the company at events and with board-level stakeholders.
• Direct regional strategy, pre-sales, bidding, and post-sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance, finance, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on market growth and product evolution.
