Job summary

NBBJ is seeking a collaborative Regional Marketing Manager to drive Seattle practice growth through strategic pursuits, client development, market activation and disciplined practice operations.

Working with the Practice Marketing Director and studio teams, you translate business strategy into coordinated action—from shaping pursuits and client plans to analyzing the pipeline and leading planning sessions to keep momentum across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within architecture, design, professional services or B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic proposals, pursuits or other complex client-facing marketing efforts.
• Ability to translate business strategy into organized programs, actions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and facilitating discussions across stakeholders.
• Analytical skills with CRM, dashboards and business development data.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority pursuits from prepositioning through proposal, interview and debrief, translating client and competitive insights into differentiated positioning.
• Coach Marketing Coordinators and Specialists on strategy, storytelling, content and execution.
• Apply Lead-to-Win methods and support Seattle leaders on priority marketing and client-development initiatives.
• Lead pipeline and market reviews to identify priority prospects and opportunities.
• Translate practice priorities into focused client activity through research and relationship mapping.
• Coordinate client-engagement programs and surface cross-market opportunities for leadership.
• Coordinate practice forums, planning activities and dashboards to keep priorities visible.
• Champion CRM usage and maintain dashboards for pipeline and engagement.
• Partner with Communications to strengthen practice content and adoption across the firm.
• Coordinate case studies and client-facing materials while organizing evolving initiatives.
