Job summary

Five Star Retail is seeking a Regional Director of Maintenance for the Gulf region. This role focuses on developing efficient maintenance plans, overseeing daily tasks across all branches, and guiding maintenance managers to meet company standards.

You will create SOPs, training programs, onboarding, KPI frameworks, and vendor management while driving continuous improvement and 24/7 service readiness across Five Star’s lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years related experience in maintenance leadership.
• Strong procurement and inventory management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement concise SOP documents for service technician department.
• Lead continuous training programs across all branches.
• Create onboarding program for new hires.
• Standardize and optimize compensation packages across branches.
• Produce departmental KPI to monitor team performance.
• Manage parts procurement and inventory processes.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and seek new partnerships.
• Identify growth opportunities for remanufacturing and expansion.
• Design preventative maintenance standards for company-wide use.
• Oversee after-hours service program for 24/7 readiness.
• Lead maintenance training for new personnel.
• Manage and maintain department fleet per company standards.
• Drive process improvements for equipment installation/removal across lines.
