Job summary

Air Products is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization supporting production facilities across the West Gulf Coast HYCO Subregion. This role drives consistency in maintenance execution, improves plant reliability, and develops maintenance talent across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance/engineering/operations in industrial settings.
• 5+ years of people leadership with multi-site oversight.
• Proven track record in safety, reliability, and cost performance.
• Experience with SAP and maintenance planning tools.
