Pediatric Home Service is seeking a Strategic Account Manager Operations in Houston to manage strategic referral accounts across hospitals, clinics, and physician offices. You will be the trusted contact for referrals, ensuring smooth order status updates, documentation, and authorizations while supporting patient onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, referral management, intake, patient access, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of referral and patient onboarding processes.
• Experience handling complex or escalated customer, patient, or referral source concerns.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational relationship for assigned strategic referral accounts including hospitals, outpatient clinics, discharge planners, navigators and physician offices.
• Serve as a trusted contact for referral partners regarding order status, documentation requirements, authorizations, and service concerns.
• Build strong relationships to make Pediatric Home Service an easy and trusted partner to refer to.
• Monitor referral pipelines and identify aging orders, missing documentation, and workflow bottlenecks.
• Drive referrals forward through intake, verification, supporting documentation, and patient onboarding.
