Pediatric Home Service in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative to join our customer-focused team. You’ll perform DME intake, coordinate referrals and insurance authorizations, and support the CS helpdesk while maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or related experience.
• Experience with durable medical equipment intake/admissions preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs intake of DME through Brightree database.
• Coordinates New Product Request process and CS helpdesk activities.
• Handles patient and prescriber information changes and keeps records updated.
• Coordinates intake and service for evening deliveries and on-call shifts.
