Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Four years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment for all TWU System hiring.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Recruitment to develop goals and strategies.
• Support administration of recruitment transactions and data across systems (Oracle Cloud).
• Generate and communicate data reports and staffing analytics for leadership.
