• 2+ years managing social media, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing in a corporate setting.

• Creates content for multiple channels and audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with recruitment strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruitment team to build marketing strategies aligned to goals.
• Maintain and analyze website and social media analytics for recruitment.
• Develop branding initiatives and expand university/community partnerships.
• Publish and manage recruitment content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Represent the company at community events and maintain consistent messaging.
