Qualifications

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Administer full cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer.
• Attend career fairs and educate potential candidates.
• Identify candidate pipelines aligned to positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on sourcing criteria.
• Manage on-site interviews and candidate travel.
