North South Consulting Group is seeking a Recruitment Strategist to provide strategic recruitment consulting and operational support to a Federal law enforcement customer. You will evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to strengthen applicant pipelines and improve hiring outcomes for mission-critical positions.

The role is contingent on contract award and requires hands-on experience in strategy development, analytics, partnerships, and executive reporting to government stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of specialized recruitment experience in public or private sector.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearances.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment strategy development and implementation.
• Experience with recruitment marketing, advertising, and outreach initiatives.
• Experience with applicant pipeline analysis and recruitment performance metrics.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and stakeholder management.
• Experience recruiter training and program evaluation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and evaluate recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to improve sourcing and hiring outcomes.
• Analyze applicant pipelines, metrics, and performance to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Assess and improve recruitment marketing, advertising, and media strategies for better reach.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with universities, military organizations, law enforcement, veterans groups, and other talent sources.
• Evaluate recruitment programs and operations; propose new initiatives to increase effectiveness.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and government stakeholders.
