Job summary

Drexel University in Philadelphia's LeBow College of Business seeks a Recruitment and Programming Specialist to support undergraduate programming, recruitment and retention efforts.

You will coordinate pre-college programs, student groups, and advising activities while collaborating with faculty and campus partners to deliver engaging experiences, helping elevate student success and curriculum-aligned programming across cohorts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in advising, student life, admissions and/or recruiting, teaching or coaching, nonprofit work.
• Ability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and data analytics abilities.
• Foundational understanding of higher education practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and logistical processes for LeBow pre-college programs.
• Co-chair LeBow Student Group Roundtable.
• Coordinate initiatives of LeBow College’s student groups.
• Recruit students to serve on Dean's Student Advisory Board.
• Develop learning communities programs (BLC, GLC, CLC).
• Assist in retention-based programming for students and parents.
• Provide administrative support to student workers.
• Participate in commencement activities.
• Assist in developing freshmen culture programs for international and domestic students.
• Oversee domestic high school partnerships.
• Overnights may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
