Job summary

Brunswick Group in the United States is seeking a Recruitment Analyst, Multi-Level Hiring to attract and secure talent for the Americas region. You will partner with recruitment and leadership teams to map markets, craft sourcing strategies and engage senior executives, coordinating interviews and maintaining confidential candidate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years of hands‑on experience with talent research and sourcing.
• Experience in recruiting for financial/crisis communications, corporate affairs, PR or strategic management consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• Preference for Greenhouse ATS and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing research to build talent pipelines across U.S. offices, aligned to priority sectors and practices.
• Join hiring intake discussions with Recruiting Managers and hiring leaders; develop sourcing strategy and search terms.
• Assist in drafting and conducting initial candidate outreach to help prospects understand the opportunity.
• Coordinate regular touchpoints and prepare meeting agendas for Reviewing leaders to refine candidate pipelines.
• Maintain meticulous records of candidate research and interactions within ATS with confidentiality.
• Build internal trust via frequent communication, detailed progress updates and transparency.
