Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and partner with internal stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, process improvements, and building a strong TA function on site in Austin.

The candidate will drive workforce strategies, manage metrics and OKRs, and help enhance the employer brand to attract top semiconductor talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business or related field.
• 11+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition + 5+ years in management or leadership role.
• Prior experience recruiting within a manufacturing company (semiconductor highly preferred).
• Ability to work onsite for 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of recruiters including setting priorities, coaching performance, and building a high accountability culture.
• Managing the hiring ramp to scale quickly to fulfill business goals.
• Owning the end-to-end recruiting process and streamlining processes and procedures.
• Assisting in creating and executing workforce hiring strategies alongside SAS leaders and HRBPs.
• Assisting in building and tracking TA metrics as well as team OKRs.
• Enhancing the SAS Employer Brand within the talent markets.
• Creating talent pipelines to fulfil hiring needs and succession planning goals.
