You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Automation and Process Technicians, drive proactive sourcing, and partner with local colleges and veteran programs to build a strong pipeline. On-site collaboration with hiring managers is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, skilled trades, or a technical space.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for direct-hire roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Automation Technicians, Injection Molding Technicians, Process Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and other skilled roles
• Drive proactive, high-volume sourcing beyond job boards (career fairs, community outreach)
• Build relationships with community colleges and technical programs to feed talent
• Partner with military transition programs to connect veterans with opportunities
• Promote the Libertyville facility to attract local talent
• Manage candidates through ATS and lifecycle processes
• Work on-site in a plant environment with hiring managers to assess needs
