Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida Inc is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for multiple divisions. You will coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide onboarding while ensuring compliance with hiring policies.

Travel to various Miami-Dade/Broward locations and job fairs will be required. Applicants should have a high school diploma (associate or bachelor preferred) and proven ATS experience, with strong communication and labor-law

Experience recruiting for multiple divisions and roles.
Knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection activities.
Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring with managers and candidates.
Conduct pre-screening interviews for management and leadership roles as needed.
Extend job offers and assist with onboarding processes.
Review and approve job requisitions and assign positions to open requisitions.
Partner with division leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and respond to inquiries.
Travel to Goodwill locations and recruitment events within Miami-Dade and Broward Counties as needed.
