Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is hiring a Recruiter to support the mission by managing recruitment across Mission Services, Service Contracts, Laundry, IT, Finance/Accounting, and Business Services divisions.

You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, coordinate with managers, and ensure compliant hiring practices. Occasional travel to multiple Goodwill locations in Miami-Dade and Broward is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with managers and candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews for management and leadership positions as needed.
• Extend job offers and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Travel to Goodwill locations and recruitment events within Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
