Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking a Recruiter to manage and coordinate recruitment activities across multiple divisions. You will support the full lifecycle, helping attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires collaboration with division leadership, scheduling interviews, extending offers, coordinating onboarding, and representing Goodwill at career events across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection activities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with managers and candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews for management and leadership positions as needed.
• Extend job offers and assist with onboarding.
• Review and approve job requisitions and assign positions to open requisitions.
• Partner with division leadership to identify staffing needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Assist candidates with online applications and walk-in inquiries.
• Represent the organization at community job fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Ensure hiring managers comply with notification and disposition procedures.
• Dispost candidates using ATS codes and processes.
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries promptly.
• Travel to various Goodwill locations and recruitment events within Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
