Goodwill of Central Florida is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own openings from intake to start date, partnering with store and program leaders to hire well and on time. This full-time role is based in our South Orlando office.

You will source, screen, interview coordination, extend offers, and coach leaders on fair interviews while representing Goodwill at events and community sites. A bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume retail/multi-site settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience using recruiting data to improve results.
• Strong organization and clear, friendly communication with candidates and leaders.
• Familiarity with fair-chance hiring, confidentiality, and hiring compliance.

• Source and screen candidates and maintain a strong pool for recurring roles.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates and leaders updated.
• Extend offers, coordinate background checks, and onboarding.
