Job summary

Booz Allen in Charleston, SC is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and candidates across the Air Power account, driving end-to-end recruitment. You will source through social networks and job boards and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in recruitment for technical, cleared talent (AI/ML, Data Science, Aerospace, ISSO), experience with Workday,

Qualifications

4+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment activity for highly technical, cleared talent across AI/ML, Data Science, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineers, and ISSO skills.
Experience using Workday for talent management and recruitment processes.
Knowledge of clearance requirements and the ability to work with hiring managers on workforce needs.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Source passive candidates via social networks, job boards, and Boolean search to build strong pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
