Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Mid-level, to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates, delivering end-to-end recruitment across complex technical roles. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, talent pipelining, and compliant practices within a high-demand environment.

The Recruiter will leverage AI-enabled tools and social networks to attract top-tier talent, manage full-cycle recruitment, and collaborate with leadership to align workforce

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment for highly technical, cleared talent across AI/ML, Data Science, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineers, and ISSO skills.
• Experience using Workday and with talent pipelining and social recruiting techniques.
