Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security is seeking a Technician Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire skilled technicians for our fire protection and security teams. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to build a qualified workforce.

You will manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep Zeus competitive in talent markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth organization.
• Recruiter with experience in fire protection and security industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with recruitment tools and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract qualified technicians across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings of technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify required skills.
• Provide regular updates, market insights, and process recommendations.
