Zeus Fire and Security Network is seeking a Technician Recruiter in the United States to identify, attract, and hire skilled fire and alarm technicians. You will develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to build a qualified workforce.

The role requires 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment, strong networking, and experience with ATS tools. You will maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience

The Technician Recruiter willplay a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled techniciansto enhance our teams across the Zeus Fire and Security Network. This individualwill be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies,sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiringmanagers to build a highly qualified and capable workforce.

KeyResponsibilities

• Source,identify, and attract qualified fire and alarm technicians through variouschannels, including job boards, social media, networking events, andindustry-specific forums.
• Buildand maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet thecompany's staffing needs.
• Conductinitial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, andcultural fit within the Zeus Fire and Security Network.
• Workclosely with hiring managers and department heads to understand thetechnical requirements and skills needed for fire and alarm technicianpositions.
• Provideregular updates on recruitment progress, share market insights, and offerrecommendations to optimize the hiring process.
• Ensurea positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, frominitial contact to onboarding.
• Establishand maintain relationships with industry professionals, educationalinstitutions, and relevant organizations to expand the network ofpotential candidates.
• Stayinformed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitoractivities to make data-driven decisions and remain competitive inattracting top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cyclerecruitment experience with strong ability for developing and implementingsourcing strategies across various markets.
• Experience in a fast-paced,growth organization.
• Proven experience as aRecruiter, preferably in the fire protection and security industry.
• Strong networking skills andthe ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to workin a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
• Proficient in usingrecruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Work Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sittingat a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15pounds at times.
