Job summary

QPS Employment Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Professional Recruiter to perform candidate searches using databases, networking, internet recruiting, cold calls, and referrals. You will evaluate work history, education, and salary requirements to match with job criteria.

You will build networks, maintain candidate and client records, and present offers in collaboration with customers, while upholding confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related recruiting or talent acquisition experience is desirable.
• Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels and assess fit.

Responsibilities

• Reviews applications and interviews applicants to assess work history, education and salary needs.
• Performs candidate searches using databases, networking, and referrals.
• Builds networks at events to generate referrals and industry connections.
• Maintains applicant and client records and communicates order status.
• Presents offers and assists with negotiations per customer terms.
• Conducts cold calls to recruit and promote services to companies.
