Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Recruiter to support Firmwide Functions by attracting, sourcing and recruiting top Administrative talent, both internally and externally. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and proactively pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a recruiter role in-house or agency.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent.
• Excellent client management and relationship-building.
• Strong candidate experience and communication skills.
• Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients when required.
• Capable of managing expectations and escalations.
• Good prioritization, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Qualify requisitions and ensure descriptions align with guidance.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers and guide recruitment processes.
• Proactively map talent and manage candidate pools.
• Source and pipeline candidates across channels with sourcing partner support.
• Evaluate, interview and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with scheduling teams.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely updates.
• Influence decision making and manage expectations.
• Conduct pre-offer calls and manage offers.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation for approvals.
• Present recruiting activity to senior client groups and handle escalations.
