U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Operations Recruiting team.

This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract and assess candidates, and deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and leaders. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and influencing skills, and a passion for helping candidates and business leaders make informed hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience or a combination of related sales, marketing, or Human Resources experience.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Operations and business support functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates per job requirements.
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate hiring manager interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding support.
