Job summary

BB&E is seeking a Real Property Master Planning Specialist to support USARCENT at Shaw AFB, SC on-site. You will perform master planning, SRM prioritization, and real property coordination for multiple regions.

Responsibilities include coordinating RPPB documents, utilizing GFEBS/RPLANS/IGIS/ePRISMS for asset management, and preparing briefing materials with travel as needed to support USARCENT mission.

Qualifications

• Directly related experience with DoD Real Property within the last five years.
• Experience with DoD Real Estate reports and ISR programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and DoD systems (HQIIS, ASIP, RPLANS, IGIS).

Responsibilities

• Provide real property master planning tasks and action plans for USARCENT AOR.
• Coordinate documents for the Real Property Planning Board and ensure audit readiness.
• Utilize GFEBS, RPLANS, IGIS, ePRISMS for asset management and space analysis.
• Capture and manage real property data for construction, repairs, and transfers.
• Prepare monthly status reports and master plan updates.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required.
