BB&E Consulting Engineers and Professionals seeks a Real Property Master Planning Specialist to support USARCENT at Shaw AFB, SC. The role involves on-site work, master planning for real property, and coordination with HQDA PAM and RPPB processes.

You will utilize systems like GFEBS, RPLANS, IGIS, and ePRISMS, supporting asset management and space utilization across multiple regions while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and a DoD SECRET Clearance is required.
• Three years of DoD Real Estate, Real Property, and facility engineering concepts and space use standards knowledge.
• Experience with DoD Real Property Management, GFEBS, and ISR programs within the last five years.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SIPR Access.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real property master planning tasks for USARCENT AOR including Gulf States, Central & Southeast Asia, and Levant regions.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for the Real Property Planning Board (RPPB) per Army Regulation 210-20.
• Provide expertise with space utilization analysis using GFEBS, RPLANS, and REMIS.
• Integrate registry and information for installations into GFEBS, HQIIS, and RPLANS.
• Capture and track real property inventory and facility condition assessments using BUILDER SMS.
• Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required to support USARCENT mission.
