Job summary

Binswanger in Philadelphia is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to back the general sales activities of the Greater Philadelphia Team. You will collect and analyze data on commercial real estate market trends, forecast activities, and develop materials for client proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelors of Science Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field
Experience in commercial real estate preferred
Ability to identify complex problems and interpret information to develop solutions
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Creative thinker and problem solver
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Argus
Experience using computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information
Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful with the ability to multi-task against deadlines with a strong attention to detail
