Job summary

• Experience using computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information
• Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful with the ability to multi-task against deadlines with a strong attention to detail

Binswanger is a leading international real estate organization providing a complete range of services to corporate and institutional clients through offices around the world, including brokerage services, property management, asset management, asset recovery, appraisal, real estate marketing and transaction services.

This position will support the general sales activities of Binswanger’s Greater Philadelphia Team through property and deal analytics, market research, canvassing, and development of presentations and proposals.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

The Sales Support Analyst reports to, and receives direction from, the Senior Vice President of Sales or as assigned.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seek and provide information to maximize position within the marketplace
• Collect and analyze data relating to commercial real estate market trend
• Measure effectiveness of business strategies or practices
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data related to client transactions

EXPERINCE KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS

PHYSICAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to regularly access and use general office equipment including phones, computers, copiers, etc.

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted on an occasional basis.
