Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks; developing presentations and reports; and serving as liaison among clients and teams to keep initiatives on track. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting administrative and/or project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks tied to project(s).
• Assists in development of presentations along with generating reports.
• Communicates between client and teams by setting meetings and relaying issues with timelines, budgets, etc.
• Shares relevant documentation and reports.
• Acts as point of contact for various working groups.
• Retains knowledge of project scopes, timeframes, financials, and outcomes.
