Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Ability to observe on-screen text and images.
• Ability to verbally communicate using headset or microphone.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice on Regions’ financial products and services.
• Manages inbound/outbound calls from top 10% of Regions customer base.
• Educates and advises customers on loan and deposit products and services.
• Takes ownership of customer issues and works toward resolution.
• Refers customers to internal specialists for complex needs.
• Works with limited supervision.
