Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead building management projects in Lincoln, NE. You will oversee all phases from initiation to closeout, coordinating with clients, design teams, and vendors to meet scope, budget and schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience; LEED AP, PMP or CCM is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical, math and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, schedules, milestones and risk plans.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and ensure governance.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Develop action plans, track progress, report status and variances, and mitigate risks.
