Job summary

Corient seeks a Real Estate Strategy Associate to shape leasing strategy across a global commercial portfolio. You will synthesize market data, analyze headcount growth, and support due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, expansions, and terminations.

You will collaborate with real estate, finance, HR, brokers, and leadership to align portfolio plans with growth objectives, governance, and market dynamics. Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in real estate strategy or related roles.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of office leasing strategies across a ~100 location portfolio.
• Analyze market data, financial analyses, and portfolio insights for decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials for leadership.
• Monitor lease events and lead times for strategy due diligence.
• Collaborate with real estate, finance, HR, brokers, and leadership.
