Job summary

Redpath Partners seeks an analytical analyst to support commercial asset management across office and industrial portfolios. The role involves cross-portfolio reporting, financial modeling, and market analysis to drive value and income generation.

You will contribute to quarterly client reports, assist with budgeting and capital planning, and work with leasing teams on strategies and projections. A strong Excel/Argus skillset and excellent writing are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in real estate investment, development, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions and asset management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling; Excel modeling will be tested.
• Experience with Argus required; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and assist with reporting for client quarterly and annual plans.
• Prepare cash-on-cash, NOI, and invested capital analyses.
• Support leasing, construction, and operations financials at portfolio level.
• Track market conditions and provide monthly leasing activity reporting.
• Monitor capital projects with budget and expenditure summaries.
• Create client meeting materials and portfolio updates.
• Collaborate with portfolio and asset managers on operating budgets and plans.
• Develop leasing strategies in coordination with leasing teams.
