Job summary

Real REMAX Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Title Services team. You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate Realtor relationships, and drive revenue growth with strategic partnerships.

You will work with One Real Title leadership to craft client-specific plans, execute outreach, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships, while keeping CRM updated. Remote position requiring travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development or sales roles, preferably in real estate or mortgage services.
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and meet revenue goals.
• Experience with title and escrow services is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives for Realtor and joint venture partnerships.
• Develop client-specific business plans with measurable KPIs.
• Generate new business via outbound outreach and meetings.
• Qualify opportunities and convert leads into partnerships.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Represent Real REMAX Group at events and industry functions.
• Stay current on title and escrow industry trends.
