Job summary

Crown Homes is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. Remote position (East Coast offices referenced). You will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, and driving engagement with candidates.

You'll work with the Director of Growth to execute expansion plans, manage CRM records, and support a fast-paced recruitment process across U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate the Crown Homes value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
