Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales with a proven results track record.
• Experience in home warranty or real estate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact and build long-term relationships with real estate partners.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, stakeholders and sponsors.
• Maintain in-person presence and provide timely updates via email, phone, and meetings.
• Drive daily sales and customer-service activities to increase orders and revenue.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with partner needs and objectives.
• Track account metrics and input activities into the CRM.
