The Dolben Company, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to partner with the VP of Marketing in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across our portfolio. This role focuses on marketing strategy, property-level campaigns, social media, online reputation management, and marketing collateral design.

Based in our Woburn, MA corporate office, you will travel up to 75% to communities in NE, the Mid-Atlantic and SW Florida, guiding on-site teams and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to optimize marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Travel regularly to communities across our portfolio to inspect sites and support on-site teams.
• Build local and regional market knowledge across New England, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest Florida.
• Review traffic and lead reports and assist with leasing training initiatives.
• Manage company social media profiles and engage with audiences.
