Qualifications

• Background in commercial real estate is required.
• Experience reviewing and evaluating commercial real estate contracts.
• Ability to manage leases across multiple US locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify leased real estate needs and evaluate adjustment requests.
• Prepare budget sheets and approval memos.
• Support leased real estate transactions and operations.
• Monitor lease expirations and coordinate actions.
• Investigate lease options with brokers to meet objectives.
• Review lease drafts and termination clauses with legal counsel.
• Manage office openings and terminations checklists.
• Engage brokers for market analyses and site selection.
• Develop and issue RFPs; negotiate LOIs with terms and concessions.
• Process COIs as necessary.
• Track capital budget for offices.
• Verify space planning and layouts with needs.
• Coordinate annual office manager survey.
• Establish budget benchmarks per employee and per square foot.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding of real estate with internal and external teams.
