Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned engineering, consulting and construction firm. The Real Estate Leasing Manager will lead the entire office space leasing process, manage 90+ leases nationwide, and work with landlords, brokers, and internal teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires a real estate license, strong negotiation and budgeting skills, and the ability to manage multiple leases and vendors across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 years of commercial real estate document review experience.
• 5 years of office administration may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process lifecycle from space need through executed lease.
• Maintain and monitor leases for 90+ locations across the United States.
• Engage with landlords and brokers to negotiate leases.
• Review lease drafts, revisions and termination clauses with legal counsel.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
