Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to support wireless carrier and tower projects. You will lead site identification, lease negotiations, zoning and permitting, and due diligence, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

The role requires managing multiple sites, ensuring schedules, budgets, and client deliverables are met, with strong knowledge of zoning and municipal processes and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in planning or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in GIS software; ArcGIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification, qualification, and option selection for wireless projects.
• Negotiate leases, amendments, and access agreements with property owners.
• Prepare and submit zoning, permitting, and site documentation for approvals.
• Coordinate with planning departments, project teams and stakeholders to meet schedules and budgets.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure project quality.
