Responsibilities

• Oversee lease transactions and maintain lease documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Cultivate relationships with landlords and manage communications.
• Analyze re-expense, capital, and budget items related to real estate.
• Audit lease invoices and process estoppels and SNDAs.
• Create and manage lease approval forms and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Perform other duties as needed.
