Dal-Tile, a major tile and natural stone manufacturer, seeks a Demand Planning Analyst in Dallas, TX. The role supports the supply chain through business planning and ongoing data analysis, collaborating to align forecasts with capacity and inventory targets.

This direct-hire position emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and BI-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy and decision making. In-office work four days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles.
• Highly analytical with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain via development of business plans and ongoing data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align with capacity.
• Analyze and improve forecast accuracy for product lines.
• Maintain and improve supply chain analytics using BI software.
• Develop new processes to deliver value-added analytical services.
• Monitor inventories and drive continuous improvement on metrics.
• Model cost and profit using existing capacity planning tools.
• Handle additional duties as defined by area such as sales operations planning.
