Responsibilities

• Accurate contacts and remediate issues such as late/no rent, missing exhibits, signatures.
• Rapidly gain knowledge of internal accounting standards.
• Analyze reports on re-expense, capital, and budget items.
• Audit lease-related invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Process estoppels and SNDA’s for execution.
• Create lease approval online form.
• Coordinate insurance certificates for ad hoc requests.
• Perform other duties as needed.
