Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Real Estate Analyst to oversee lease transactions and maintain lease documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will build strong landlord relationships, audit invoices, and support estoppels/SNDA processing while quickly learning internal accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Real estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong landlord relationships.
• Responsible for accurate contacts and remediates issues such as late/no rent, missing exhibits, signatures, etc.
• Able to rapidly gain knowledge of internal accounting standards.
• Perform analysis on reports re-expense, capital, and budget items.
• Audit lease-related invoices and processes same accurately and timely.
• Process estoppels and SNDA's for execution.
• Create lease approval online form.
• Facilitate ad hoc requests for insurance certificates.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job Objective

The Real Estate Analyst is an established performer who oversees the lease transaction process and maintains lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with defined regulations.

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Position
